OnTheQ provides a platform for organisations to list and manage their spaces (offices, exam halls, meeting rooms, etc.) and for users to discover, book, and pay for these spaces.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through the Platform:

• You agree to pay the total amount shown, including any applicable fees
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe or Paystack)
• Bookings may require approval from the organisation
• Cancellation policies vary by organisation

5. Organisation Responsibilities

Organisations using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their spaces
• Honour confirmed bookings
• Maintain the quality and condition of their spaces
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OnTheQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnTheQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform.
